Self Service Laundromat Questions
What are your hours?
We are currently open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m (COVID-19 Reduced Hours).
Our normal hours are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are fully attended starting at 6 a.m.
Do you take quarters?
We take quarters or you can use your credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have our own parking lot.
Do you have washing machines large enough for king-size comforters?
Yes, we have (5) 60 pound machines and (2) 80 pound washers. We also have extra large dryers.
Wash and Fold Questions
What hours do you have an attendant so I can drop off my laundry?
We are fully attended so you can drop it off anytime from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7 days a week.
Do I have my choice of laundry detergent?
You can choose from Tide, Gain, Ariel or detergent for sensitive skin.
What is the turnaround time?
Normal turnaround time is the next day, but if you need it the same day, the cost is just an additional 26 cents a pound.

Rosie Wash Express Laundry is not responsible for clothing items that bleed, shrink, or otherwise change as a result of normal washing.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry is not responsible for lost articles.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry accepts all laundered (Wash-Dry-Fold) garments on the basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry is not responsible for damage to items labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” and is not responsible for checking these labels in customers’ clothing items. Please check before placing your order with Rosie Wash Express Laundry.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else. Rosie Wash Express Laundry is also not responsible for items left in clothing (e.g. ink pen, markers, lip balm, etc.) that may result in damage to clothing during the wash. The customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry is not responsible for allergic reactions (hives, rash, fever, etc.) from scented detergent or other scented products. We do wash clothes in shared washing machines where other detergents may have been used, and it is possible that small amounts of other detergents, which may not be hypoallergenic, may not be rinsed completely out of these washing machines.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry reserves the right to refuse customers or refuse to clean any item.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry does not guarantee the removal of all stains.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry will not clean clothing infested with scabies, bed bugs, mites, fleas, or any such contagious parasites or insects.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry at its sole discretion may reimburse clients for lost or damaged Wash-Dry-Fold clothing in an amount to be determined by Rosie Wash Express Laundry - this amount cannot exceed $150.00 in total (or $25.00 per item) per order or $25.00 total for every 10 lbs of laundry washed regardless of brand or condition. Incoming weight vs outgoing weight is heavily relied upon for ascertaining whether there are lost items or not. Customers must notify Rosie Wash Express Laundry within 2 business days of receipt of delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes a waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred. This liability shall be the extent of Rosie Wash Express Laundry’s liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers' exclusive remedy. In no event will Rosie Wash Express Laundry be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Rosie Wash Express Laundry knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages.
This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties. It may not be modified.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Is there a fee for pickup?
No. Pickup and delivery is charged by the pound without a pickup charge.
What is the turnaround time?
We pick up and deliver 7 days a week. We always aim to serve our customers as quickly as possible. Our official turnaround time is 48 hours to ensure the highest quality and care for your laundry. However, we often complete orders ahead of this schedule. We appreciate your understanding as this timeframe allows us to handle busy periods and unforeseen circumstances while ensuring that you receive the best service possible.
What if I cannot be home when you are picking up?
When you schedule a pickup, tell us where you are going to leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, at your neighbor's house, behind the gate or with your apartment manager. Just let us know and we'll get them!
What if I miss a pickup?
We will remind you that we're coming the night before and again, before we get there. Please call and make other arrangements if you have a problem with the scheduled pickup time. We do reserve the right to charge a missed pickup fee.
